Atlas has the ability to terminate voice (landline and mobile originated) traffic on a per minute basis around the world. Our international routing gateways reach all ITU telecom entities around the world directly or through official transit routes.

Atlas operates directly or in partnership with commercial telecom companies involved in selling directly to end-users voice and data services. This traffic is collected on our domestic switches and network, then routed and terminated with the highest quality standard possible.

Philippe has two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry. After spending 4 years in France Telecom, he created his own consulting company. He successfully conducted his company in a series of mergers followed by an IPO on the Paris stock market in 2000. Philippe joined Atlas Telecom Network in 2003 as Business Development Director and participated in several telecommunications projects in emerging countries.

Graduate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, England.

Debora joined the Atlas Group of Companies in 2001 and primarily manages the international corporate and legal aspects of the organization. As an active member of the management team, she provides counsel on a range of subjects to the co-founders. Based out the UK, she is also responsible for the HR and property affairs of the group.

Within Atlas Telecom, Debora is responsible for commercial contracts, compliance, regulation, corporate structure and taxation.

Philippe’s telecoms career started during the telecom deregulation of the early 90’s, early on being appointed as Vice President International of INTECOM, a French publicly listed company specializing in international telecommunication services.

In 1994, he co-founded the Atlas Group of Companies and still serves as Chairman of the Group today. For the last two decades, Philippe has been the key decision driver behind Atlas’s investment diversity strategy towards market segments with strong growth dynamics.

Philippe serves on the Board of Trustees of the Pacific Telecommunications Council and is currently advising governments on telecoms strategy in South America.

Jean-Michel Alfieri
Member of the Board

Degree in Political Science Institute of Political Science, Aix-en-Provence, France.

Jean Michel started his professional carrier as a Public Relations Manager in the Hachette media group (France). He then occupied several executive positions in the media and telecommunications industry, before co-founding Atlas Group in 1994.

He now serves as President of Atlas Group and is in charge of the business and financial strategy. He is also directly involved in key projects in the digital assets monetization field.

Stéphane has built a 25 plus years experience in the Telecommunications and media industry, occupying a series of managerial positions within equipment manufacturers, Telcos and service providers.

He joined the Atlas Group in 1998 and has since then successfully developed several Atlas business units.
